Policies

Mileage Fees:

Mileage is an additional charge if the sign installation is more than 15 miles from Lawrenceville, GA 30046. The charge for mileage is $30.
If installation is more than 25 miles from Lawrenceville, GA 30046, add $50 for mileage.

Delivery/Set up/Pick up

​You can expect ​delivery and set up by Yard Cards of Gwinnett by 7:00pm on your preferred delivery day.  YCG will pick up the next evening around 7:00pm.

Payment

You will receive a Paypal invoice by email (Paypal account not required).  Payments are due upon receipt to confirm your booking. We also accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, money orders and cash.

Hazardous Conditions

We may be unable to deliver a greeting during severe, hazardous weather conditions.  We will attempt to reschedule delivery, or a full refund will be issued.

Rental Policy

• Payment is required at booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation.
For the safety of everyone, please do not allow anyone to play on/around the lawn greetings display.
• Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting or playing on it.
• Please do not remove/move any signs, including our advertising sign.
• Please do not dispose of any signs.
• Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display.  Balloons get hot in the sun.  If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.
• If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
• Please water your lawn within 12 hours of signage installation.
• If negligent damage occurs to any signs (dogs, moving, weed eaters, etc.), you may be invoiced for replacements.
• Please make sure your lawn area is free of fire ants.
• We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. Please use #YardCardsGwinnett on social media.
• Yard Cards of Gwinnett and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur by the placement of our signs.

Refund Policy

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays.  Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to set up the greeting. You will receive a full refund.

No Refunds Will Be Given Due To:

• Client providing the wrong address ($45 re-install fee)
• Client providing the wrong date
• Homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display
• Being denied access to a gated community
• Animals that prevent the display from being set up
• Circumstances that prevent us from setting up the display, that are out of our control
• If the ground appears to be not watered and we are unable to install the sign.
